At Allpine Title of Alamosa, Inc., we feel that our biggest asset is our staff.

GARY W. HOSTETTER - PRESIDENT / CEO			ELISE P. HOSTETTER
Born and raised in the San Luis Valley, Gary has over 25 years of experience as a business owner and manager. He is a licensed title examiner and experienced closer / closing agent. Gary is a member of the State of Colorado Title Advisory Counsel. His involvement in the community includes the Boy Scouts (being an Eagle Scout himself), a member of the school board for North Conejos School District, and an instructor for complimentary finance management classes.			Elise is Co-Owner of Allpine Title Inc. She is an accomplished mother of eight children who finds time to serve in a variety of community activities.
W. GRAHAM HOSTETTER - V.P. OF CLOSING			MARLIN REED - V.P. OF TITLE
Having received his Associates Degree from Brigham Young University in Idaho, Graham is continuing his education by working on his Bachelors Degree in Business at Adams State College. He has worked for Allpine Title of Alamosa, Inc for over 2 years and currently handles most of the loan closings.			Marlin received a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Small business Management and an emphasis in Marketing from Adams State College. He serves as a Board Member for the Town of Sanford and is involved in the local Scouting Program. Currently he manages the office located in Monte Vista.
DAWN D. JONES - TITLE RESEARCHER			LINDA GABE - TITLE EXAMINER
An Allpine Title of Alamosa employee since October of 2004, Dawn drives to the counties each day to search the county records. On the rare occasion that she's not at one of the counties, she has been trained to prepare commitments, polices and handle pre closing items.			A licensed title examiner, Linda has over 20 years of experience in the title business. Her knowledge and experience cover both residential and commercial property. She has an Associates Degree in Business and she and her husband are recent transplants to the San Luis Valley from the Denver area.
LANCE HOSTETTER - ACCOUNTS MANAGER			KATHY BULLOCK - CLOSING AGENT
Lance is currently attending Brigham Young University - Idaho. During his summer break he helps with the accounting. Lance also serves as the purchase manager for Allpine Title and has proven to be resourceful.			Kathy has been a resident of the San Luis Valley for more than 35 years. A licensed title examiner and experienced closer who currently handles the closings in our Monte Vista office and helps prepare final title policies. Her involvement in the community includes holding a position in the Media Team at her local church and basically helping out wherever and whenever possible.
LAURIE HOSTETTER - FILE MANAGEMENT			ANNIE HOSTETTER - POLICIES
Laurie is a student at Centauri High School. During summer break she converts our files to PDF images and helps prepare final policies.			Annie attends college at Brigham Young University - Idaho in the Fall. During summer break she prepares polices and helps with pre closing.
LANI HOSTETTER - FILE MANAGEMENT
Lani is a student at Centauri High School. During summer break she organizes files and converts them to PDF images.
